The scene created furore in Indian social media circles, with people demanding its immediate ban. Some users say it is a propaganda funded by third country to malign India.
“Westerners are now using animated movies to propagate the Anti India propaganda. These cheap stunts won’t work. Kashmir is our integral part & we won’t tolerate these offending attempts to malign us. @DCComics. Delete disputed scenes!”, wrote a twitter user.
In the @DCComics new film “Injustice”, Superman declares Kashmir a disputed region. Superman and Wonder Woman are seen destroying the weapons to demilitarise the region. Who’s funding such propaganda films? Is it a CIA+ISI JV post Taliban? Govt of India should fix this. pic.twitter.com/lgAXtUGQEm

@DCComics Stop spreading terrorists sponsored propaganda against India. Jammu and Kashmir is integrated part of India and the army is defending the state against Pakistan based terrorists establishment, go check some facts before spreading lies. #AntiIndiaSuperman
