Cabinet Reshuffle: 43 New Ministers Take Oath

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to get a new Council of Ministers today. At least 12 ministers including the senior cabinet members have resigned so far. 43 new ministers will take oath shortly. This is the first major Cabinet reshuffle since Narendra Modi Govt begins the second term in 2019.

Who Resigned: 

Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Santosh Gangwar- were the first to quit the Union Cabinet, followed by Debasree Chauduri, Sanjay Dhotre, Rao Saheb Dhanve Patil, Harsh Vardhan, Sadanand Gowda, Ashwini Chaube, Ratan Lal Kataria, Babul Supriyo and Pratap Chandra Sarangi., Ravi Shankar Prasad, Prakash Javadekar.
