The decrease in the number of covid19 cases and the positivity rate is indeed a sigh of relief after the initial healthcare crisis in India’s National capital. But Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party government in New Delhi has to remain cautious and should not in any case let the guard down. Experts have already issued a warning about the upcoming third wave. Government should instead focus on uplifting the health infrastructure so that the chaos we witnessed in the second wave would not be repeated. People should also strictly follow the covid protocol. One mistake can bring back medical havoc.
